Judy gives lecture at Institute

This evening, Judy gave a lecture at the Institute for Advanced Studies at the University of Bologna. The topic was "Zero Tolerance: What Really Happens When Employers Enact a Policy of Zero Tolerance to Sexual Harassment in a Unionized Environment?" The audience was mostly young: masters and PhD students, in law, engineering etc. According to the organizers, the question period was longer than for any other presenter. (Last week we attended a fascinating lecture on Plasma Arc Cutting by a Russian professor of engineering - but alas, few questions.)

Larry insists that the big turnout and response was due to the word "sex" in the title. Judy says it was because of the picture of her on the advertising leaflet.
